This session weaves together movement and tapping, energetic kriyas, an immersive sound bath with consent-based Reiki, a grounding flower ritual, and a community altar creation. Tune Your Nervous System: Yoga, Education, & Sound. Sun. May 31, Practice 2:00 – 3:00 PM Gong Sound Bath 3:00 – 4:00 PM. Join Maria Williquette, RYT-500 and LMFT, for an exploration of how your nervous system works — and how to work with it more effectively. Maria blends the wisdom of yoga with the knowledge of psychology to create a deep, fun, and educational experience. Expect about 20 minutes of lecture and reflective practices to understand your nervous system, followed by a thoughtful yoga practice informed by what you've learned. After a short break, settle into an optional gong sound bath to release tension and restore calm.
